Kory Anderson's Mission

AMERICA'S FUTURE WILL DEPEND ON THOSE WILLING TO BUILD IT.

The skilled trades gave Kory Anderson a way to build a career, a business, a family, and a life of purpose. Iron Warrior is his commitment to pass that opportunity forward—developing the next generation of skilled tradespeople, manufacturers, mentors, and leaders.

Committed to inspiring 100,000 new tradesmen by 2030.

BEFORE KORY BUILT COMPANIES, THE TRADES BUILT KORY

BEFORE KORY BUILT COMPANIES, THE TRADES BUILT KORY.

Kory Anderson is a working American manufacturer and foundry owner who brings firsthand operating experience to the national conversation about manufacturing and the skilled trades. His fascination with building began as a boy surrounded by steam engines, machinery, and the people who kept America's industrial history alive.

While attending college, he worked as a welder at Larson Welding in Fargo. In the shop, Kory discovered something he had not found in a classroom: the discipline of mastering a craft, the ingenuity required to solve real problems, and the pride that comes from creating something with your own hands.

He left college and began building his future through the trades.

Portable welding from a garage became Anderson Industries. Engineering challenges became products. The need for better castings became foundry capability. A boyhood dream became the recreated 150 HP Case — the world's largest operating steam-powered tractor and a Guinness World Record officially recognized in 2022.

But the more Kory built, the more clearly he saw the next challenge. America did not only need more products and factories. It needed more people who knew how to build them.

That realization became Iron Warrior.

REBUILDING PRIDE IN THE TRADES—ONE AUDIENCE AT A TIME.

Kory brings the Iron Warrior mission to conferences, schools, manufacturers, trade associations, podcasts, faith organizations, and leadership events. The Next Generation Is Watching

THE NEXT GENERATION IS WATCHING.

America's industrial future will not be secured by chance.

It will be built by people willing to show up, master a craft, mentor someone behind them, strengthen their community, and leave something that lasts.

Kory is doing his part. Now he is inviting students, parents, tradespeople, employers, schools, manufacturers, sponsors, and leaders to build alongside him.

Build your skill. Build your character. Build what's next.
